• Requires redevelopment project area established
  by the governing body
• Applicant requirements
• Investment of not less than 75,000
• Seating capacity of not less than 50
• Open not less than 5 days a week for not less
  than 10 hours per day
• Licenses may NOT be transferred to another
  location
