• The following concerns were discussed
• Students would like to see the following items on
  the menu
• Breakfast food at lunch (Aprils menu will
  include a breakfast for lunch)
• French Toast sticks (Perhaps I will put this on a
  breakfast for lunch in May)
• Grilled Ham Cheese Sandwich (Aprils menu will
  include this)
• French Bread Pizza (Aprils menu will include
  this providing the vendor delivers)
• Mexican/Spanish Rice (Aprils menu will include
  this)
• Lasagna (Very labor intensive, however I will
  include Baked Ziti in Aprils menu)
• More variety of fresh fruit (As we monitor the
  fresh produce prices we will make an effort to
  offer other fruits if the price is not
  prohibitive.)
• More variety in cold beverages (i.e. green tea,
  peach tea, raspberry tea, SoBee, Fuzz, Vitamin
  Water) (I will look into this being offered with
  the Library Café)
• Cheese It crackers (I will check out the prices,
  however I must limit the amount of different
  items in ala carte due to lack of space.  This
  may not be so big of an issue once the serving
  line is renovated this summer.  We will see.)
• We also discussed theme days in the cafeteria
  with menu items that follow a theme. (Perhaps as
  I plan for next school year, I can get a better
  handle on the coordination of such events.)
• Vending machines for foods in the cafeteria (I
  plan on looking at this over the summer.  I will
  be speaking to other school food service
  directors to see if and how their vending works.)
• Students would like to be able to see school
  store items near or in the cafeteria during
  lunch. ( I do not know that I have much control
  over this, however Mr. Prokopovits, do you have
  any suggestions??)
