  Health Directors.
• Primary focus on providing temporary staff to

How Does Staffing Process Work?

• Agency contacts Alliance with a staffing need.
• Alliance may work with recruiting or county may
  recommend qualified applicants.
• We assist with the recruitment and screening of
  each qualified candidate.
• Pay rate is set by the contracting county.
• Candidate is hired and Alliance charges county
  applicable administrative fee.

• We provide
• Criminal background check
• Pre-employment drug screen, as requested
• OSHA training, if needed
• Orientation to Alliance Policies
• Reimburse counties for required employee
  immunizations
