9How Does Staffing Process Work?
- Agency contacts Alliance with a staffing need.
- Alliance may work with recruiting or county may
recommend qualified applicants. - We assist with the recruitment and screening of
each qualified candidate. - Pay rate is set by the contracting county.
- Candidate is hired and Alliance charges county
applicable administrative fee.

- Criminal background check
- Pre-employment drug screen, as requested
- OSHA training, if needed
- Orientation to Alliance Policies
- Reimburse counties for required employee
immunizations
