Physical Description

• The leopard is 20 inches to the shoulder and 90
  inches from head to toe.
• The leopard weighs 140 pounds and 50 kg.
• The leopard has yellowish-brown fur, and the
  leopard is about 8 feet long.

Predators

• The leopards predators are tigers, hyenas,
  cheetahs and poachers.
• The leopard uses its claws to capture its prey.
• The leopard is killed, because its food for the
  animals. The poachers want the skin to make
  clothes.

Habitat

• The leopard lives in north Africa.
• Leopards live in savannas.
• There are trees, bushes and grass.

• The leopard eats insects, carrion, fish,
  reptiles, birds and other mammals.
• The leopard is not an herbivore.
• The leopard is a carnivore.

Babies

• The leopard can have 2 to 3 babies.
• When the babies are born, they have a smoky gray

• They baby cubs will stay with their mother for up
  to 2 years.
