themselves to preaching. Some can yield
themselves easily to teaching. Some can yield
themselves to prophesying. Some can yield
themselves to other gifts. So all the gifts won't
be alike. They wasn't alike then Paul said they
wasn't. But each man is called and placed into
the Church for a purpose.

And if you'll find out what God can use him best
at, and yield hisself to that place, he will be a
success. My finger could never take the place of
my ear, no matter how much it tried. Neither
could my mouth take the place of my eye. But each
member knows what it can do, and all of them
co-ordinating together makes the body move. If
this church can only see that. If you can only
see that it takes co-ordination. It takes
co-operation with all the body of Christ. But in
Spirit, and in heart, and in principles, we
should never be divided. We should always be one.

They have the ability under a major project to
visualize the completed project.
Their creative desire to take "raw material" and
people and produce something that has never been
before.

If he is in authority he must patiently explain
all the steps which he sees that are required to
reach the goal.
Otherwise he will view people only as resources
not individuals and will become discourage when
his directions are not followed.

He has this deep need of loyalty in those who
work for him and he needs to know what his
resources are.
He realises that the efficiency of the entire
operation depends on this loyalty of the workers,

single out those who are loyal, counting them of
special importance to reach his goals.

If they are not in charge they will use their
gift to delegate their jobs to others.
Others will look on and react to his laziness and
irresponsibility, even though the ones he has
chosen will complete his work.
Thus they miss out on the character training that
they could have obtained.

Once the Organiser is committed to the job, he
will endure much opposition to his leadership
willing.
He keeps continuous pressure exerted so as to
achieved the final goal.
To do this they daily write themselves reminder
notes, make lists of things to do and goals to
accomplish.

Because they are in charge they can be so head
strong that they refuse to listen to valid
suggestions will close their ears to
grievances.

The Organiser notices what other would consider
small details, but he knows they are essential
for the project to be completed in the proper way.
He will try to remove obstacles such as financial
pressure which would hinder the work.
They also have the ability to unite ones around
them for the common goal.

Misuses Overlooking Workers' Serious Faults
If given the position of authority in the church,
he will appoint workers that have the ability to
get the job done.
If there turns up a serious character flaw in
one of these valuable works he will be very
reluctant to dismiss them.
Thus this shows approval acceptance of the
behaviour will either cause a reaction by some
or others will imitate this behaviour.

They will place workers according to their
strengths and weaknesses so that maximum

One of their biggest failures is not explaining
what the goal is, only giving instructions out.
Treating the workers without praise or
appreciation will intensify their feelings of

The Organiser can misuse his special abilities of
persuasion and decisiveness by coercing others to
help him achieve personal ambitions.

Upon completion of the job they feel everything

Even though the job is completed they can fail to
provide on going maintenance or assistance in the
completed job where necessary.
When this trait is carried over into their
personal life he is never content with the things
that he has or that he has done.

Like organising an office, setting up a
committee, or developing a project.

But there are major pitfalls lying in wait for
the Organiser when their positive characteristic
become extreme!
If Satan can't get you to sin deliberately he
then will push you to operate your Gift to the
extreme.
Yet we really need organiser in the body of
Christ to keep the Kingdom of God running
smoothly!
