Hotels continued

• Each room will be assigned 2 key holders.
• Talk to ME (Luigi) after the meeting and let me
  know who the 2 key holders are.
• ONLY allowed to enter hotel 3 at a time, per
  room! Wait 5-10 minutes before next group.
• NO ONE gets a room key until EVERYONE in your
  room has paid their dues or paid to stay at the
  hotel.

Day 1 Friday, March 13, 2009

• Meet at Lot 11 _at_ 945 AM
• Get gas, check tires, review rides
• Depart Lot 11 _at_ 1100 AM
• We are pulling out the parking lot by 11am SHARP
  5 ½ hour drive to Arlington.
• Arrive in Arlington meet/eat _at_ Fuddruckers
  around 430 PM 600 PM
• T-shirt distribution is from 430 600 PM.
• Arrive _at_ Venue 615 PM
• Opening Ceremonies start at 630 PM

• REGISTRATION
• Find UTSA Registration table must have a valid
  I.D.
• Registration is from 600 PM 700 PM
• Make sure to get a wristband. Can NOT go on stage
  or play sports without wristband.
• DO NOT take off this wristband until AFTER
  Goodphil!!!
• After Registration
• MUST sit with designated seating area sit with
  UTSA NOT your friends from other schools.

• ALWAYS be in contact with your Choreographer. We
  are the 3rd school to perform for each dance.
  Which means
• When the first school is performing on stage, you
  MUST be back stage already getting ready to go
  on.

• Sports all day.
• Starting at 800 AM.
• Wake up call by 630 AM to eat breakfast.
• 700 AM must leave for UT Arlington
• Wear red Jabbawockeez Filipino shirt

• 1000 PM Pre-Party
• 1100 PM Leave for Club Purgatory
• 1230 AM Announcement of Spirit and Modern
  Winners
• 200 AM Club party ends back to hotel
• 200 AM Until you pass out Post-Party

• Quick Review of sports brackets.
• Tell sports coordinators what sports you are
  playing.
• Need to know incase of coinciding games.

Pre-Goodphil

• ALL Spirit and Modern dancers
• Must be back in San Antonio by Wednesday, March
  11, 2008.
• Spirit Practice starts Wednesday night at 800
  PM.
• Modern Dance Talk to CJ.
• Practice will be both Wednesday and Thursday.
