  older people at the centre of advocacy provision
  within a quality standards framework
• Improve and raise awareness of mental health
  issues amongst older people lacking mental
  capacity
• Engage older people in mainstream volunteering
  
• Disseminate information from four pilot sites
  through local, regional and national networks
  and organisations
