    initial accreditation, colleges are evaluated
    every ten years.
  • MCC is accredited by the Higher Learning
Commission (HLC) of the North Central
    Association.

Accreditation Process
  • Accreditation involves conducting a self study
that focuses on the unique mission of the
    institution.
  • Purpose is to identify strengths and challenges
in order to better prepare for the future.

criteria set forth by the HLC.
