- A set of commonly held values, ideas, and images
concerning the nature of reality and the role of
humanity within it. (Nelson) - Any ideology, philosophy, theology, movement, or
religion that provides an overarching approach to
understanding God, the world, and man's relation
to God and the world. (The Summit Group)
6How Many Worldviews?
- Houston has 264-299 ethno-linguistic people
groups from 139 nationalities. - If Houston were a country, it would rank 7th for
most people groups, right after the U.S. and
right above Brazil. - There are at least 144 languages actively spoken
in Houston, but most assuredly more that have not
yet been confirmed. - No one knows how many worldviews this represents.

that brings others to faith in Jesus Christ.
