Business Format The Express Employment
Professionals franchise provides for a
sales-focused opportunity to operate your own
full-service staffing business. As the
franchisor, Express provides for payroll
processing of associates, client invoicing, risk
management/worker compensation administration.
We also provide marketing tools, numerous value
added services viz., reduced cost on search
packages, training, coaching and sales support
in exchange for a 60-40 split of the monthly
Gross Margin. New Franchisee Training All
franchisees are comprehensively trained in both
South Africa and at our International
headquarters in Oklahoma City. The initial
training takes place at our regional training
centre in Pretoria.

Core Staff Minimums 3 to 5 people, including the
franchise owner in one of these core positions.
The core staff is comprised of Outside Sales,
Inside Sales, Staffing Consultant and Front
Office Coordinator positions. Multi-Unit
Operations Multiple office development is
encouraged where financial feasibility has been
confirmed via either branches or additional
franchise territory analysis.
