    take products
  • The wider NHS in England and Wales may call off
    if required
  • Licences each run for one year and are invoiced
    to customers
  • Digital maps are clipped out in response to
    customer orders

Some Lessons Learnt
  • It is indeed a competitive market!
  • Always takes longer than planned (a whole year)
  • Needs a dedicated team on both sides
  • Shouldnt expect radically innovative licences
  • Use legal advisers wisely
  • Business cases for each organisation in framework
  • End users are keen to compare notes
  • Customers want complete solutions, not just data
