Purpose

• Share experience and knowledge
• Improve performance of Networks as corporations
• Advance the goals of the ESRD Network program
• Note The work of Executive Director group or
  EDAC is frequently the same. However, specific
  work products may be directed to several or
  specific entities depending on the objective(s)
  of the activity.

Communication System

• Network Directors at least two face-to-face
  meetings per year
• Conference calls quarterly
• Frequent emails for help and FYI
• Share written summaries of national or specific
  committee meetings
• Each professional discipline within Networks have
  their own communication and educational structure
