Ants are very important to our environment. Some
ants live way underground. queen ant is the one
that lays eggs.

F is for firefly Fireflies only come out in
the summer time. They can only live in dark
places or they will die. They come out at night.
Under their wings is a little tiny light. You
can capture them and put them in a jar for a
bright night light. Fireflies eat plants and
leaves. If you use them for a night light
release them in the morning.

animal in the world. Although the beetle is
