Parental No Trespassing Letter

• If parent is verbally abusive to staff or
  students School Police Services called for a
  report.
• Notify your Executive Director
• Send a warning letter with specific dates, times
  and examples of inappropriate behavior.
• Letter delivered by certified mail or School
  Police Services.

  Police Services.
• Contact your Executive Director
• Administrators are looking for and documenting a
  pattern of inappropriate behavior.
• Citation issued by School Police Services and
  SPD.

• Administrators must follow proper channels to
  issue letters.
• Administrators must receive permission from
  Executive Director prior to issuing a letter.
• The only time the no trespassing letter will be
  issued without warning is when parent is so out
  of control they need to be arrested.
