HOW TO WASH YOUR HANDS (SOAP WATER)
  • Wet hands
  • Apply Soap
  • Lather for 15-20 seconds. Rub between fingers,
    back of hands, fingertips and under nails. Sing
    Happy Birthday or Yankee Doodle to ensure you
    later your hands long enough.
  • Rinse well under running water
  • Dry hands with paper towel
  • Turn tap off with paper towel

HOW TO DISINFECT YOUR HANDS (ALCOHOL GEL)
  • Place a dime size amount of alcohol gel in the
    palm of the hand. Rub hands together, covering
    all surfaces of hands and fingers, until hands
    are dry.

    and paper towel products are readily available
  • We can be vigilant about cleaning and
    disinfecting classroom materials and surfaces
    Influenza virus can survive on environmental
    surfaces from 2-8 hours after being deposited on
