4Layout of Command
- The organizational structure is a flat hierarchy
with Susan planted firmly at the top of the
bureaucracy, and the structure appears to be
flexible and adaptable to change. - mechanistic with organic edges
- When asked if it was an advantage to have fresh
out of school librarians, she immediately
responded, Yes, they are risk takers, not stuck
in the old ways.
