2- Accountability to be liable, subject to
giving an account, To be answerable to God
Almighty.
3Philippians 210-11 that at the name of Jesus
every knee should bow, in heaven and on earth and
under the earth, 11 and every tongue confess that
Jesus Christ is Lord, to the glory of God the
Father.
- Hebrews 413 Nothing in all creation is hidden
from God's sight. Everything is uncovered and
laid bare before the eyes of him to whom we must
give account.
Ecclesiastes 1214 For God will bring every deed
into judgment, including every hidden thing,
whether it is good or evil.
Romans 1412 So then, each of us will give an
account of himself to God.
4Im Accountable to God
1. To Know and Love Him Personally.
- 1 John 410 This is love not that we loved God,
but that he loved us and sent his Son as an
atoning sacrifice for our sins. - Ecclesiastes 317 God will bring to judgment
both the righteous and the wicked, for there will
be a time for every activity, a time for every
deed."
5Know the Lord
- 2 Thessalonians 18 in flaming fire, bringing
judgment on those who don't know God and on those
who refuse to obey the Good News of our Lord
Jesus. NLT - John 336 And all who believe in God's Son have
eternal life. Those who don't obey the Son will
never experience eternal life, but the wrath of
God remains upon them." NLT
6Genuine Salvation
- Admit my sin be willing to turn from it
(repentance). - Believe Jesus sacrificially died for your sin
rose again. - Invite Jesus Christ to come into your life as
Savior Lord.
7Love the Lord
- Mark 1230 Love the Lord your God with all your
heart and with all your soul and with all your
mind and with all your strength.' - Galatians 220 I have been crucified with Christ
and I no longer live, but Christ lives in me. The
life I live in the body, I live by faith in the
Son of God, who loved me and gave himself for me.

9To Fear their God
- Proverbs 17 The fear of the LORD is the
beginning of knowledge, but fools despise wisdom
and discipline. - Proverbs 910 "The fear of the LORD is the
beginning of wisdom, and knowledge of the Holy
One is understanding.
10To Guard their minds
- Proverbs 423 Above all else, guard your heart,
for it is the wellspring of life.
11To Obey their parents
- Proverbs 620-23 My son, keep your father's
commands and do not forsake your mother's
teaching. 21 Bind them upon your heart forever
fasten them around your neck. 22 When you walk,
they will guide you when you sleep, they will
watch over you when you awake, they will speak
to you. 23 For these commands are a lamp, this
teaching is a light, and the corrections of
discipline are the way to life,
12To Select their companions
- Proverbs 1320 He who walks with the wise grows
wise, but a companion of fools suffers harm. - 1 Corinthians 1533 Do not be misled "Bad
company corrupts good character."
13To Control their lust
- 2 Timothy 222 Flee the evil desires of youth,
and pursue righteousness, faith, love and peace,
along with those who call on the Lord out of a
pure heart.
14To Enjoy their spouses
- Proverbs 515 Drink water from your own cistern,
running water from your own well. - 1 Thessalonians 43-5 It is God's will that you
should be sanctified that you should avoid
sexual immorality 4 that each of you should
learn to control his own body in a way that is
holy and honorable, 5 not in passionate lust like
the heathen, who do not know God
15To Watch their words
- Proverbs 424 Put away perversity from your
mouth keep corrupt talk far from your lips. - Proverbs 1218 Reckless words pierce like a
sword, but the tongue of the wise brings healing.
16To Pursue their work
- Proverbs 66-8 Go to the ant, you sluggard
consider its ways and be wise! 7 It has no
commander, no overseer or ruler, 8 yet it stores
its provisions in summer and gathers its food at
harvest.
17To Manage their money
- Proverbs 39-10 Honor the LORD with your wealth,
with the firstfruits of all your crops 10 then
your barns will be filled to overflowing, and
your vats will brim over with new wine. - Proverbs 234 Do not wear yourself out to get
rich have the wisdom to show restraint.
18To Love their neighbor
- Proverbs 327-29 Do not withhold good from those
who deserve it, when it is in your power to act.
28 Do not say to your neighbor, "Come back later
I'll give it tomorrow"-- when you now have it
with you. 29 Do not plot harm against your
neighbor, who lives trustfully near you. - Matthew 2239 And the second is like it 'Love
your neighbor as yourself.'

3. To Serve Christ by Serving One Another.
- 1 Peter 410 Each one should use whatever gift he
has received to serve others, faithfully
administering God's grace in its various forms. - John 1226 Whoever serves me must follow me and
where I am, my servant also will be. My Father
will honor the one who serves me.

4. To Reach my World with the Gospel of Jesus
Christ.
- Acts 18 But you will receive power when the Holy
Spirit comes on you and you will be my witnesses
in Jerusalem, and in all Judea and Samaria, and
to the ends of the earth." - Luke 1423 "Then the master told his servant, 'Go
out to the roads and country lanes and make them
come in, so that my house will be full.
