edge phase

• Continued with boundary fencing installation
• Continued bulk earthworks cut to fill and
  stockpile including east of J30
• Constructed drainage ponds
• Under-bridges extensions
• Laying new road construction and surfacing
• Adjustments of temporary safety barrier
• Moved traffic onto new eastbound carriageway
• Re-located traffic crossover from Coryton to
  Rhiwbina
