• Main problem is human pride
• We often fail to see great leaders are
  simultaneously great servants
• Being servant of the Lord also means we are
  servants of our fellow men

• Consider these roles of authority

• 2. Elders
• 3. Deacons
• 4. Minister
• 5. Members

Serving Lord means serving one another also

• Some see being servant of Lord OK, but balk at
  menial tasks to help fellow man
• But, remember what Jesus said (John 13)

• Great need in church today for humility and

  not merely doing little wrong
• Failure to be a servant is a SIN
• Linked to church growthor lack thereof
• If lesson strikes hometime to repent
• If youre not Christianalso not Gods servant
