What group is underserved?

• Girls, more specifically, Hispanic girls.

• Girls tend to fall into the cliques sooner than
  boys
• Hispanic girls tend not to get as much academic
  support from their families

Primary Focus

• KEEP THE KIDS IN SCHOOL
• Encouraging them to pursue their talents and
  goals
• Help find financial aid, scholarships, grants --
  many parents feel it is out of their reach
  therefor it is not important for their children.
