get FREE music, and click I Agree, create my
account
9Congratulations! You now own a podcast at gcast!
Click here to add a photo to your podcast page if
you want. Find the photo on your computer and
click Next
10This option will let you call in and update your
podcast by phone! You can do it now or
laterClick on No thanks, Ill do it later
11Your screen should now look like this, with the
title you chose! (The picture, if you uploaded
one, doesnt appear yet.) Create your first
podcast by clicking on Upload new audio files
12You can upload the files I sent you or any MP3
file you already have on your computer. Browse
for one of the files.
13Look for the mp3 files I sent you! Select the
first one and click Open.
14Type a description if you want. (Optional-it can
also be changed later.)

15Youll see this message. Choose Return to
podcasting home
16Youll see this screen. This will display a list
of your podcasts. Click here to see what
visitors to your page will see and to edit your
descriptions.
17This is your podcast page! Note your picture (if
you uploaded one) now appears. Click on Edit
this post to do that!

Delete your practice (and/or any other) podcast
later!
Plays immediately
18Practice with the other two mp3 files I sent
you! File 2 Ill walk through uploading it
live File 3 Do all by yourself! (or select
mp3 files you have already created)
19Homework Post the URL of your new podcast site
at http//barrytrainsu.pbwiki.com Password
trainsu Add two or more new mp3 files of your
own creation (Use Audacity for easy mp3
production) or mp3 files someone else made. Send
me an email and let me know you did!
