Updates Since Last Report

• Logging Questions
• Logged all questions at current sites IC Desk,
  Main Circulation, Photocopy, Science-Engineering
  Reference, Science-Engineering Circulation, and
  Libratory (week of February 16-22, 2004 )
• Currently conducting a second week of logging
• Attended team meetings for each of the logging
  teams to refresh the understanding of how to log
• Will be sharing out this data with each affected
  team

• Survey at Information Referral sites
• Weve included just IC data graphs, but we have
  graphs for each site.
• We have included the top 4 Do Best for each
  site.
• We will be sharing the analyzed data with each of
  the appropriate teams and Cabinet. This should
  happen at team meetings in the next month or so.
  
• We will be making a presentation on the survey
  construction at LTF5.
