• TeenBiz3000 is an Internet-based differentiated
  reading program it can be used anywhere a
  computer is connected to the Internet.

• TeenBiz3000 delivers stories and assignments to
  your child via email at his/her individual
  reading level.

• The stories are nonfiction, current events news
  articles about important world and national
  happenings.

• Reading comprehension is assessed with each
  assignment, providing an ongoing measurement of
  student progress

Criterion Online Writing Evaluation

• Web-based program that evaluates a student's
  writing skills

• Within seconds it provides scored reporting and
  diagnostic feedback to both writing instructors
  and students.

• Essays are drafted and submitted. Students
  receive a holistic score with problem-solving
  annotations right in the text.

Assessment
Each assignment will be weighed individually.
Assessments will be varied and will include
formal tests, individual group projects, oral
presentations, work portfolios, and writing
samples. District Standards are as follows A
90-100, B 80-89, C 70-79, D 60-69, etc.
