Protecting Privacy in Small Cohorts

• Release scores only to candidates
• Only candidate may release scores to schools
• Failing candidates receive diagnostic report
  indicating areas they must improve to pass
• School reports show group data only if Ngt5
• Accumulate data for analyses over time
• Never release item test analyses w/Nlt50
• Use item/test data w/Nlt50 very cautiously
