DOTMLPF Gaps Doctrine

• 1. FM 3-07.1 needs re-write to incorporate Phase
  0 through Phase 5
• 2. TTP manual on WIKI pilot program, feedback
  from the field is lacking
• 3. Where is the overlap between SFA and Security
  Cooperation? Is the BCT appropriate? What are
  the objectives?
• 4. Do the relationships outlined in Chapter 1,
  pages 3-7, FM 3-07.1 accurately reflect
  authorities and ground truth.

• How do we shape 162nd ITB under DP 110 to train
  and adapt to ever changing requirements.
• What is the augmentation package for Phase 0 and
