• - Upon the availability of the data, PTT has

• - Some data is not updated.
• - Sometimes, its quite difficult to update the
  data due to the
• following problem
• - Dont know how to access and use this
  program.
• - No personnel / staff to find the data.
• - No reliable source of data that has been
  published
• regularly.
• - Difficult to update due to the design program
  problem
• eg. Clean Fuel Initiatives.

Sharing of Training Facilities among ASCOPE
Members (Petronas)

• Sharing among ASCOPE Member at THAIOIL
• - Technical training courses conducted by Shell
  Global Solution
• International (SGSI) at THAIOIL refinery can
  be joined and
• shared among Members that have the Technical
  Service
• Agreement (TSA) with SGSI.
• - However, SGSI may change the policy in the
  future and may
• allow the Members to join and share on some
  courses on case
• by case basis.

Continuous Emission Monitoring (PNOC)

• Continuous Emission Monitoring (CEM) in Thailand
• - From the year 2001, it requires by law that
  all refineries in
• Thailand will have to install
  CEM on the following units
• - Power generation unit eg. gas turbines that
  has the
• production
  capacity greater than 29 MW.
• - Boiler or furnace that can produce the steam
  more than
• 30 tons/hour or heat more than 100
  MMBTU/hour.
• - All sizes of the following units in the
  refinery
• - Fluid catalytic cracking unit (FCCU)
• - Fuel oil combustion unit
• - Sulfur recovery unit (SRU)
