Failed Delivery

• This day is a day of trouble and rebuke and
  blasphemy for the children have come to birth,
  but there is no strength to bring them forth.
  Isaiah 373

Failed Delivery

• As a woman with child is in pain and cries out at
  the time of her delivery, so have we been in Your
  sight. We have been with child, we have been in
  pain we have brought forth wind we have not
  accomplished any deliverance in the earth, nor
  have the inhabitants of the world fallen.

What makes something important to God?

• His presence and His will
• Processes are as important as results
• Our response in our current process
• Staying united to the end
• Intimacy that produces conception
• Faith that brings the promise to birth

Staying together in crisis

• So they were very afraid and cried out to the
  LORD. Then they said to Moses, Because there
  were no graves in Egypt, have you taken us away
  to die in the wilderness? Is this not the word
  that we told you in Egypt, saying, Let us alone
  that we may serve the Egyptians? For it would
  have been better for us to serve the Egyptians
  than that we should die in the wilderness.

Staying together in the crisis

• Do not be afraid. Stand still, and see the
  salvation of the LORD, which He will accomplish
  for you today. For the Egyptians whom you see
  today, you shall see again no more forever. The
  LORD will fight for you, and you shall hold your

• Silence doubts from circumstances
• Our concern the word of the Lord, not the word
  of circumstances
• Unite behind risk takers
• Buy in and take ownership - join them on the limb
• The church is us

Desperation comes from being pregnant with promise

• Seeing an impossible situation doesnt produce
  desperation in everyone
• We have to be pregnant, passionate for the vision
• Failed pregnancies have consequences

Intimacy Pleasure only?

• Irresponsibility
• Lack of commitment
• The lazy man does not roast what he took in
  hunting Proverbs 1227
• Pain from failed pregnancies
• Hope deferred makes the heart sick.

Intimacy Our Reason for Being

• And this is eternal life, that they may know You,
  the only true God, and Jesus Christ whom You have

Intimacy Hearing and Doing

• He who has My words and keeps them, it is he who
  loves Me. And he who loves Me will be loved by My
  Father, and I will love him and manifest Myself
  to him He who does not love Me does not keep My

Intimacy Lifestyle of Faith

• Man shall not live by bread alone but by every
  word that proceeds from the mouth of the LORD.

• Without faith it is impossible to please Him, for
  he who comes to God must believe that He is, and
  that He is a rewarder of those who diligently
  seek Him. Hebrews 116

• Assured and embraced the promise
• Get in the presence of the Spirit
• Enter into a secret place with him
• Call out to God to remember the promises
• Wait on God for courage and strength

• But let him ask in faith, with no doubting, for
  he who doubts is like a wave of the sea driven
  and tossed by the wind. For let not that man
  suppose that he will receive anything from the
  Lord he is a double-minded man, unstable in all

• Realize that we lose if we dont give birth -
  something died we needed
• Listen and obey - it releases the miraculous
