    various techniques for setting and achieving
    goals.
  • Some goals are major objectives.
  • Some are minor. Some are day to day.
  • Some are hour to hour.
  • Each one is a step in the journey of life.

Write a letter to Universal Intelligence
  • Begin with the end in mind. Write out a clear
    image of your perfect practice.
  • Include A List Of Your Values.
  • Write Down your needs and desires regarding your
    practice.
  • Project yourself into the future. 10 years.
  • Put the letter in a box. Give thanks to
    Universal intelligence as if your goals have
    been accomplished.

    and confidently expect , in mind, will become
    your experience.

    the purpose and intent. Include key words and
    details in the goal statement. Dont be vague.
  • Specific Targets to focus on and to guide each
    days actions. stay centered
  • Stay Focused. Keep your attention on the Goal.
    Dont take your eye off the ball.

MEASURABLE
  • Measurable Set quantifiable objectives. When you
    measure your progress you stay on track.
  • You reach target dates.
  • Make Lists so you do not go in two different
    directions.
  • Lists (clipboard goals) can help measure your
    success.
  • Lists help you achieve small goals and build
    confidence.

Attainable
  • Your goal is realistic if you believe it can be
    accomplished.
  • Determination
  • Enthusiasm, Excitement, and Optimism
  • Never except defeat. Start over if necessary.

  • The three Ps of goal achievement are patience,
    persistence and perseverance.
  • Rule out excuses they are the enemies of
    goal-achievement.
