    220 mg bid vs placebo
  • Elderly population (gt70 yrs) at risk for AD
    (first degree relative with the disease)
  • Except for uncontrolled hypertension, no other
    restrictions for CV disease
  • Hypothesis celecoxib will reduce the incidence
    of AD by gt30 in a high risk cohort.
