Enrolment Questionnaire
The information in the EQ is gathered by Monash
University on behalf of the Department of
Education, Science, and Training. There are three
types of questionnaires Malaysia, South Africa
and Australia

For students who wish to pay their fees via
Fee-Help the link to this application form
will only be available once the student has
Completed the Unit Enrolment module

Indicate which payment method they would prefer
CSP HECS Help
Submit the application and receive a transaction
record which will also be sent to their student
email account

Once all of the steps in the Enrolment Summary
are complete students may complete their Unit

Before beginning to add units students are
encouraged to check Faculty and Course
requirements or to arrange a meeting with a
Course Advisor
If required, students are able to find more
information on electives, pre-requisites,
timetables, course advice, international
students and course completion

Unconfirmed units with Remove and Enrol links in
the action column are core requirements for your
course. Click the Enrol link to confirm your
enrolment in these units.

Unit Enrolment Form
Students who have the word FORCED displayed
after their Location (eg Caulfield), Attendance
Mode (eg Internal) or Attendance type (eg Part
Time) are restricted to enrol in units that only
meet that location/attendance mode or attendance
type.

links to the relevant unit details page in the
course handbook. Information such as credit
points, offering, unit synopsis and objectives,
assessments and contact hours are included
