Possible phases of establishing a service
responsible for border guarding

• Assigning a service responsible for border
  security either the Police or the Border Guards,
  not the Army!
• To Replace the in the beginning- insufficient
  number of staff and technique the military forces
  can patrol along the green borders, guard marine
  borders and secure provision and maintenance
  under the command of the Border Guards.
• Retraining the staff of the army as border guards
  or their replacement by border guard officers.
• The continuous development of the special legal
  background related to border security and
  technical equipment.
• To operate separate commissioned law enforcement
  organization cooperating with the Police and the
  Customs and Finance Guard.
