8Enter the start date of the appraisal period.

Looking Glass to select Rating Scale Type.

or Print at any time until you have entered all
elements and standards. There is no process to
do an interim save. A Save sends the plan to the
reviewing official.

new plan based on supervisory status. Click
View all to see all elements and to add the next
element.

15Standard Language comes into element.
You may click Copy Plan from Previous Year.
Before you click Copy Plan do keep in mind the
following, 1. if you wrote over the element
descriptions then the copy function may not work
properly. 2. If the person changed positions
from last year it is best not to use the Copy
function.
16For each element you may accept the language that
is that the system provides from the Copy Plan
process. If adding element manually you may
highlight the standard language and cut and paste
language from another external document.
17If you do not use the Copy Plan function Click
the key and another row will populate for a new
element.
Click the Pick Element Looking Glass to select an
element from a list.
18Select element from list by clicking on element.
19Be sure to indicate the Critical Indicator for
any row that you add.
20Again, you can add language to standard text by
cut and paste from another source. Click the
key if you have additional elements to add to the
plan. Once complete with adding elements click
Previous Tab
21Once supervisor exits the plan the worklist item
will be gone. The Plan creation process has
been Completed.
