Overview

• This presentation was designed to provide a basic
  overview of how to access and use CCHDs online
  evaluation system, also known as Reviewer
  Connect.
• This user-friendly system has been implemented
  with the following goals in mind
• Simplify the grant evaluation process
• Allow more timely sharing of reviews between
  national staff and diocesan directors and with
  the national advisory committee
• Reduce the administrative costs related to
  printing, postage and photocopying.
• Compliment the online application system by
  permitting paperless workflow between applicants
  and local and national CCHD offices.

The first time you are assigned a CCHD
application to review, you will receive an e-mail
welcoming you to the online system. This e-mail
contains the temporary password which you will
need to login into the system. Be sure to save
the password somewhere where you wont forget it.

Each time you are assigned an application you
will receive an email with the link to CCHDs
Online Evaluation. You can also go to
www.cchdeval.org to log into the system.

Bookmark the log in page by clicking on Favorites
- then Add to Favorites for easy future access to
the page.
Enter your e-mail address and your system
generated password to Log In. If you forget your
password, you may click on the link to have a
password reminder sent to your e-mail address.

This is a view of the homepage. The first time
you access the online evaluation, you may want to
change your password using the link in the top
left corner. This page displays basic
instructions and a series of links to tools and
answers that will assist you in completing the
online evaluation.

Further down the home page you can see the
applications you have been invited to review.
Accept a review by clicking on Will Review.

Confirm that you will review the application
assigned to you by clicking on Yes, I Agree.

After agreeing to review an application, you will
be directed back to the homepage. There you will
find your pending reviews under the In Progress
Reviews tab. Click on View Grant Request to
review the application.

This page provides access to the application and
attachments. You will also find a link to helpful
information about the CCHD online evaluation
process and a link to edit and/or submit your
evaluation. You may save and print the
application by double clicking on the .HTML file
and saving it to your hard drive. Once the HTML
version of the application is open you may also
print a hard copy. Note The HTML version will
open in a new window. The online evaluation will
still be open.

Once you have read the application, you are ready
to complete and submit your evaluation. There are
multiple ways to access the evaluation page.
Access the evaluation form from the Available
Actions tab of the View Request Page
Or access the evaluation form from the homepage

At the top of the evaluation page, you will find
basic instructions for completing the evaluation
form. Scroll down the page to complete the
evaluation form.

Use the Update button located at the top and
bottom of the evaluation form to save your
comments. You should click on the Update button
regularly to prevent losing your work! You may
save partially completed evaluations and return
to finish them at a later time. IMPORTANT Save
a copy for your records! When you have completed
the review, click on Submit Review. You will not
be able to make further changes once the review
is submitted.

Dont forget to Logout when you are finished
using CCHDs Online Evaluation.
