• Formulating an institutional structure is a key
  short-term priority
• No specific model can be universally applied to
  each region
• Current structure includes RWMG and RAC
• RWMG cannot commit to continuing to fund IRWM
  planning

• Coordinate watershed, jurisdictional, and agency
  planning with IRWM planning efforts
• Establish a forum for identifying and resolving
  conflicts

  needs
• Manage public and stakeholder outreach, including
  disadvantaged and EJ communities
