3What is Videoconferencing?
- Videoconferencing extends the walls of the
classroom and the library to include the entire
world.
- Through the use of videoconferencing, experts
can be brought directly into your classroom.
- Videoconferencing allows "virtual field trips" to
places that students cannot travel.
4What is Videoconferencing?
- Videoconferencing facilitates collaboration,
information searching, problem solving, decision
making, and resource sharing.
- Videoconferencing provides personal connections
and real-time solutions.
5Oh, the places you and your students will go
while using interactive videoconferencing!
Students can see and hear each other
simultaneously whether across the state or around
the world. Making videoconference connections
outside the classroom increases student
motivation and learning. (SBC Videoconferencing
