services or products it provides. - Core Values - principles that guide how members
of an organization deal with each other, their
customers and partners - Vision - the ideal or best future for an
organization - Outcomes - conditions of well-being for children,
adults, families or communities - Indicators - measures that help quantify the
achievement of an outcome - Strategies - Coherent collections of actions that
have a reasoned chance of improving our outcomes - Performance measures - a measure of how well a
