  • The Organization Code or Org is the WHO part of
    the account code. The Org is seven characters or
    digits in length.

    purchased.
  • It can be a combination of 4 to 6 characters or

  • The third part of the MUNIS account code is the
    Project. The Project is a special identifier for
    flexible codes, rollup codes, and special
    funding.

  • 900XN non-flexible, site-based funds
  • 900XA non-flexible, add-on funds that the
    District provides for specific programs in
    addition to the site-based allocation

    monthly attendance bonus) also flexible accounts
    for special schools and central office

Special Revenue Project Numbers
  • Special Revenue Project numbers are 4-5 digits in
    length.
  • The first digit represents the funding source.
  • State Fund 1
  • Nutrition Services 2
  • Federal Funds 3 and above
  • The fourth digit represents the funding year
    (5 for 2004-2005 school year)
