    I personally would not do that, but I feel that
    you understand what my alternative would be. I
    have had sufficient opportunity to sway you to my
    point of view but clearly have not been able to
    do so. Therefore, I will go along with what most
    of you wish to do.

  • I Will
  • Go to appropriate people to ask for information
    and support.
  • Honestly monitor, by verbal and non-verbal
    behavior, to act consistently with the decision.
  • Honor confidences.
  • Attempt to stay open to positive results from the
    decision.
  • Participate in periodic dialogue, being open to
    being influenced to more actively support the
    decision.

  • Side bar conversations.
  • Underground attacks.
  • Boycotts of activities.
