Over The Air provisioning

• To make an application available over the air You
  need to create three files, A jar file which
  contains all the java classes, images e.t.c., a
  jad file which contains information about the
  application and a wml file which points to the
  application.
• You place those files under a publicly accessible
  web server. In theory your mobile phone should
  download the application!
