• Up to 750 for Focus Clubs
• Up to 500 for non Focus Clubs
• Two opportunities to apply a year
• End of March
• End of September

• Phase 2 - total claims 62k, awarded 16k, paid
  (to date) 10k
• 80 clubs eligible 20 applied for both phases,
  26 for one only, 34 for neither
• In 2009,
• Amount available increased to 40k
