Atmosphere Eclectic, diverse, and exciting.
Five open kitchens are embedded in your dining
experience for a full, lively, and
entertaining experience.
Food Order Japanese, Chinese, or Western, but
either way, the food is creative, rich, and an
experience right to the very last Peach truffle.
The fun part is ordering a delectable mix of
everything and seeing how your taste buds react.
Personal favorite On the many occasions that my
family and I have frequented this place, one of
us will always order the Rib Eye steak. Oh
yum! Made to medium-well perfection, dont forget
your order of mash potatoes too!
4
Atmosphere Situated on a street of old Colonial
houses, this mystical jewel brings you into the
dining room of what feels like a Laotian palace.
Ornamented with authentic South-east Asian
treasures, your dining experience will feel even
more magical at night by the glow of candles and
dangling tropical plants.
Food Very simply the tastiest Asian food I have
ever had, Indochine serves a balanced choice of
Vietnamese, Laotian, and Cambodian dishes. Mostly
all with passionate spice, the dishes are
generous and just plain yummy.
Personal favorite Hands down, the spinach with
Terasi, a special blend of chilli and who-knows
what other spices. Be sure to come on an empty
stomach though because I had to eat practically
everything with rice!
5
Atmosphere Think food court situated in a fish
market. Think bustly, powerful smells, and cheap
(but oh-so-good) food. Oh, and youll be blessed
by the company of the occasional mosquitoes and
Singapores charming humidity.
Food Cheap and good is all I have to say. The
absolute best place to try some authentic
Singaporean food ranging from our local chicken
rice, to laksa, to Mee Pok, and some good ol
char siew fan ) For you Americans, a meal will
cost you no more than 2. yup yup yup
Personal favorite This is basically like asking
me what my favorite Singaporean food of all time
is and I cant do that! However, the times I
have been here are in the wee hours of the
morning after clubbing (perfect) and I have been
very well satiated with some Roti Prata and a
good hydrating glass of soy bean milk )
If you want some dish descriptions, just ask me!

Atmosphere A modern blend of traditional
Chinese decor, let me just say this is probably
my favorite Chinese restaurant in Singapore.
Great service, comfortable chairs oooh check out
that black leather, and lots of attention to
close detail make me want to go back alll the
time (a la daddy of course!)
Food Yup, you guessed it, just really great
food, Cantonese style. Very well- prepared (after
all its in the Four Seasons Hotel!), delicate,
yet rich tastes, and somehow, they always manage
to serve up the right portion for your party.
Personal favorite Peking Duck and those walnut
Prawns. Oh gootness me.
7
Atmosphere To be honest, just like every other
Italian restaurant. Though I always love sitting
in front of the large pizza-making oven ) The
restaurant is roomy, accommodates large groups,
which makes it lively and always happy. This is
the restaurant my high school friends and I come
back to all the time for those group
gatherings, so I have fond memories
Food Good, homemade-like Italian food, the menu
has a large selection of Thin-crusted pizzas,
pastas, seafood, and dont forget those desserts!
You wont Be disappointed, but you wont be
running and ranting either. Its one of my
favs Just because of the company Ive spent in
it.. )
Personal favorite Always get me the Margheritta
pizza! Accompanied with a Blueberry Italian soda
and Tiramisu afterwards, the portions are
share-able for our Asian bellies, which makes
eating here that much more fun )
8
Atmosphere Located on the East Coast of
Singapore (literally, the East Coast), this
open-air restaurant overlooks the rippling ocean.
Thankfully, you also get some of that ocean
breeze, otherwise youll sweat yourself to tears!
In two words hot and hyper (Im talking about
the food too).
Food Seafood galore! Some of the best seafood
dishes Ive ever had because of The local
Singaporean blends. Choose from a large variety
of seafood dishes, coupled with any preparation
you wish!
Personal favorite Chilllliiii craaa-aaabs )
Prepare to be uncivilized and start putting your
bare hands to good use )
9
Atmosphere Very Thai. Thai buddhas,Thai
silverware, and lots of Thai flowers hanging
about. Nothing too special youre here for the
food.
Food The equivalent of being in Thailand,
Than Ying has super authentic Thai food. I
swear, every time I come here, I need to loosen
whatever it is Ive got on. If I could rate it
out of 10, I would give it a 11. Never
disappointed. Every time I want to save up for
dessert, I just dont and end up eating
dessert anyways! oops
Personal favorite Oh gosh, too many to choose
from. The papaya salad, the pomelo salad, and
these rice cracker with pork curry sauce things.
Did I mention the dessert?! heavenly
10
Atmosphere The Lie Residence? The coziest,
comfiest, most loving environment you could ever
imagine ) Decorated in a modern blend of western
furniture and Chinese antiquities, I rather find
myself feeling quite at home )
Food Oh gosh! Upon request! Indonesian,
Italian, Hungarian, homey Chinese, Western, Thai,
or even a straight fruit meal? Anything
your belly yearns for, and so much more D
Personal favorite Cant do it. Just cant.
Youll have to try it one day and see for
yourself D
