  • Learners are shown three presentations each with
    a different style (e.g. aggressive, apologetic or
    monotone) and asked to identify the style,
    comment on the particular effect this had on them
    and how it influenced their response.
  • Learners prepare a presentation on a work related
    subject, and are required to deliver these in
    front of an audience and are videotaped during
    the presentation
  • These presentations are discussed in a group to
    make specific adjustments to style and tone.
