    signed an executive order, establishing a Tax
    Clearance program for state new-hired employees.
    Since that time, further legislation has been
    passed empowering the Kansas Department of
    Revenue to expand Tax Clearances, covering a

    another user ID and password.
  • Using combinations of transaction IDs and
    confirmation numbers, KDOR ensures security of
    the users SSN, FEIN, and personal information.
  • User must retain a transaction ID (no different
    than commonly used purchase order numbers), which
    must match the SSN/FEIN on the application to
    retrieve TC status.

    application to continue. This step eliminates
    spamming.

    certificate tampering.
  • Certificate valid for 90 days.
  • If the EIN and confirmation number do not match,
