  September for all our customers to help conserve
  water. (It is a 5 day watering schedule
  determined by the customers house address.)
• Aqua Texas, Inc. will be sending out RFPs
  (Request For Proposals) to evaluate the water and
  wastewater utilities for the City of Woodcreek
  and Woodcreek North.
• The RFP will request a 5 year and a 10 year time
  line.
• Identify major improvements that need immediate
  attention and categorize other improvements that
  can be put into the yearly budget.

  for their study to bring surface water to the
