  of the business, while her partner Perry manages
  all the technical aspects.

• In addition to her role at TEAC for over 20
  years, Allison is actively involved in the
  homebuilding industry. She is currently the
  President of the CBIA Womens Council and a CBIA
  Member Services Board Member, Past President and
  current advisor of the local HBANC Womens
  Council, Past board Member of the National NAHB
  Womens Council and has served on the Board of
  Directors for Home Aid, a charitable organization
  providing transitional housing to the temporarily
