• Background of the Program
• Pilot program coordinated by the OEEO
• Designed to address under-representation of
  women in tiers 1,2, 3 across Government by
• Providing opportunities for women aspiring to
  senior positions in the sector expanding their
  management experience and skills
• Developing knowledge, technical and broad
  management skills and competencies consistent
  with sector-wide Leadership Capability Framework
• Providing a vehicle to enhance cross-sector
  networks and enhance access to CEOs

• How it Worked
• 12 month pilot program
• Agencies invited to participate
• CEOs asked to nominate senior woman interested
  in secondment
• Application form completed by participant
• 6 women and 9 agencies - WA Police FESA Main
  Roads DOCEP Perth Zoo Agriculture Food WA
  Tourism Housing Works Landgate
• Opportunity to meet and greet
• Preferences made
• Secondments arranged (commenced April July)
