  waters Offshore platforms are considered as
  industrial installations on national grounds.
• IMO treats Mobile Offshore Drilling Units (
  MODUS) as ships subject to the ISSP code.
• Terrorism calls for increased vigilance eg
  unmanned platforms, suspicious equipment and/or
  activities.
• Within the problematic of Risks Assesment
  methodologies and technologies. Could be
  addressed in thematic networks such as TRENDS,
  EUROGIF running network on QHSE (DG TREN)
