• You can start your web page from a blank document
  in DW or use the template file from public_html
  folder

1 - Open Dreamweaver(DW) Program

• Left click on the Start menu from lower left hand
  corner of your window.
• Open DW program.

2 - Open the Index Page of philosophy_technology

• Open your index.htm page from f\public_html\philo
  sophy_technology\index.htm

3 - The Document Should Look Like This -

• EDIT 603 - Philosophy and Technology of Education
• Autobiographical Essay
• Web Links on Instructional Technology
• Educational Constructs
• Web Lesson
• Personal Philosophy Statement
• Field Observation

4 - Insert Text

• Insert proper text into the document of index
  page.
• Make sure to have Properties panel.
• Change text size, font and color.
• Change background color. If you like to use
  color patterns pictures for the background
  of your web page, you can simple download some of
  them online.
• Save the work.
