selected - Select Todays receipt which will print all
detail for the current day if the family was seen
all on the same day

history to see what services are attached to that
tooth

automatically enable the final payment option

default Final Payment as checked.

system. - Patient Notes- free form section to enter
specific information regarding patient selected - Account Notes- free form section to enter
specific information regarding account selected - Can create alert See Patient Notes or See
Account Notes if you want staff to view notes - Auto Notes- Allows you to save frequently used
notes so you can assign to a service code which
will automatically create a post-procedure note
when the service code is walked out - If you would like to edit an Auto note assigned
to a patient, go to note history window and make
modifications - Can also assign an Auto Note to an Insurance

- EagleSoft has a 2 options on how payments are
posted on family accounts - Distribute amount to Preferred Dentist-
automatically distributes payment to the
patients preferred dentist- regardless of who
performed the services - Prompt to Distribute Payments- will pay off the
provider with the oldest balance first, but will
allow you to over ride the distribution at the
time payment is being posted
