Assistant Treasurer Duties from the By-laws

• Shall coordinate Chapter Assistance Relief Fund.
• Shall chair the Regional Scholarship committee
• Shall produce an official transition report at
  the end of term of office.
• Shall work with Regional Finance Chairperson on
  developing relationships with Black and/or
  minority owned businesses
• Shall work with the National Alumni Treasurer to
  assist alumni chapters with their 501 C3 status.

• Conference Planning
• Coordinate and plan the Regional Graduate School
  Fair
• Present a position functional at the Regional
  Leadership Conference
• Develop a Strategic Plan
• Prepare and submit monthly reports
• Assist Treasurer as needed
